DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We have a wide range of delivery methods that are available to suit all budgets and timing requirements for both UK and Worldwide shipping. All UK and EU shipping prices are per order, not per item, so you can order as many things as you want and it won't affect your delivery charge.
- 2nd Class Recorded Signed For (usually takes 2-5 Days): £5.00
- 1st Class Recorded Signed For (usually takes 1-2 Working Days): £7.50
- UK Next Day Guaranteed (next working day if ordered before midday, excluding weekends & bank holidays): £10.00
- Saturday Delivery Guaranteed (delivery before 1pm on Saturday on orders received before midday on Friday): £15.00
- EU Flat Rate (usually takes 5-7 days): £10.00
- World Flat Rate (usually takes 7-9 days): £10 per item.
If you fail to pick up your parcel from the Royal Mail Collection Office, or your parcel is returned to us due to a mistake in the address provided, you will be charged for redelivery at the cheapest delivery rate outlined above.
Next Day deliveries are sent via InterLink Express courier and are carbon neutral. If you leave a mobile number with your order, you’ll get a text on the morning of your delivery with an expected time of arrival. If it’s not suitable, you can text back to arrange for the parcel to be delivered another day.
If you refuse a Next Day delivery parcel or fail to be available for delivery of your Next Day parcel on multiple occasions, your parcel will be returned to us via our courier and you may be charged a fee of up to £10, which will be removed from the amount refunded to you.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatch within 24 hours of being accepted. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
If you would like to return your items, that's no problem. You can do so within 14 working days from purchase for a full refund or exchange, so long as the items are unworn and still have all their packaging and any tags attached. Returns made after 14 days can only be exchanged for store credit.
To return your items, please send them to the address below with a note stating whether you would like an Exchange or a Refund. If you would like an Exchange, let us know what you would like instead. We enclose a return sticker in all orders to make returning items a little easier for you.

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you will need to pay for the return of goods back to us and, in the case of exchanges, for your replacement to be redelivered to you. Normal postage charges apply.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage and use recorded delivery. Sadly, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
